Challenge : Offer a new and unique digital customer experience at the point-of-sale, in-line with the brand’s codes and target public.
Solution : Design, develop, and implement the first interactive in-store jukebox, featuring private listening previews (in sound showers) and programming people’s favorite tunes on the store radio. We are #DJ !
Results : A tactile screen embedded in a case along the customer path and in dressing rooms. Intensive use by customers. The solution is deployed internationally at the brand’s new concept store.
